Our Mission

Lar Feliz USA is dedicated to raising financial support and awareness of the ongoing needs for the children of Projeto Lar Feliz, a shelter located in Brazil dedicated to providing a loving home for boys and girls without a home. We share the challenges and successes of Projeto Lar Feliz with churches, businesses, and individuals who have a vision of joining God's plan for boys and girls, through prayers, financial giving, visitation and encouragement. We are a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization and we operate with the highest standards of integrity and excellence, with a heart of service, believing every boy and girl is uniquely created by and special to God.

Our Purpose

1. Provide an avenue in the United States of America to receive and distribute donations to Projeto Lar Feliz in Brazil.
2. Raise funds in the United States of America to support the operation & expansion of Projeto Lar Feliz in Brazil.
3. Increase awareness in the United States of America of the needs and work of Projeto Lar Feliz.
4. Show how God is at work at Projeto Lar Feliz.

Projeto Lar Feliz in Sao Paulo, Brazil, offers shelter to babies up to teenagers who are sent to us by the children’s protection agency. We provide a family atmosphere in our homes, where children learn structure and values. It is a place where they learn that they are not an accident, but made by God, a valued person, where they can be prepared to live in the world with a bright future. Together with the social services, we try whenever possible to reunite the children with their families. When this is not possible, we would like to be a family for them.
